Got this in an e-mail today from some guy wanting to exchange links. Looks pretty interesting. Anyone willing to put up the $20 to see what its all about?

When I worked at EIP, I learned that Turbo's are waste unless they make 4 PSI or more. Whether this is true or not, I don't know.
