Found some more concept pictures of the rumored 2007 Camaro and 2006 Charger. I like this version of the Charger more than the ones I posted a few months back because of its Sportier 2 Door design.

The concepts look radical but I wonder what the production vehicle will look like. _________________ '95 Trans Am (working) & '91 3000GT VR-4 (broken) & '94 3000GT VR-4 (broken)

This is the special edition Charger Daytona, but...
Quote:
The 2006 Dodge Charger Daytona R/T will feature a five-speed automatic transmission with AutoStick and a 5.7-liter HEMI V-8 engine that offers an estimated 350 horsepower and 390 lb.-ft. of torque — ten more horses than the previous 5.7-liter HEMI.
I believe the base model Charger will come with a V6 and have the option of the HEMI package.

OH MAN... i love them both but definately not gonna look like that when it hits production...shit if the camaro came out like that in a production model...i think i'd have to take out a loan and get one right away....haha yeah right couldn't afford it....but yeah the both look bad ass....and the Daytona R/T with 350 hp and 390 ft/lbs those are pretty respectable numbers...i'd like to hear more of that coming outta of these manufactures mouths.

that sounds pretty nice minus the auto stick its not worth shifting if you dont have a clutch
not everyone wants a clutch all the time....specially if you sit in traffic alot...but when im racing the SS i shift and its an automatic does that make it gay? sure i'd like to have a 5 speed Camaro one day (third gen) but i would never take my automatic outta my SS....i love the automatic all to much _________________ 87 Monte Carlo SS Burgandy/Burgandy, Crate Vortec 350ci, beefed up 200r4, 15x8 Torq Thrust II's, Richmond 3.73s Posi Rear, Custom Tweed Interior --Under Restoration--

mike i never questioned your sexuality by saying something about automatics lol but wouldnt an automatic transmission shift faster automatically rather than manually

its not about how fast the transmission will shift....if i let it shift automatically yeah it will shift through the gears faster but that is not what im after....when i shift it manaully...i do that so i can hold 1st, 2nd and 3rd gear out to about 5200 rpm to max out the HP. _________________ 87 Monte Carlo SS Burgandy/Burgandy, Crate Vortec 350ci, beefed up 200r4, 15x8 Torq Thrust II's, Richmond 3.73s Posi Rear, Custom Tweed Interior --Under Restoration--
