damn well i fucked up the paint today i went to wetsand it for the final time and i left sand paper marks all through the paint i still proceeded to try and buff it out and it just came out looking like shit it looked better before i tried to wetsand the top coat. Looks like ill have to sand it real good and put another coat on and leave it be.

Damn, did you get the whole thing wetsanded before the scratch marks really became evident? That would have probably been the part of the project for me where I would go ape shit and break something..haha j/k, but not really. I think the pics your posted before look awesome, definitely many times better than having old factory paint. Hope the repair sanding goes well, let us know.

yeah after i wetsanded with 1500 grit it looked real scratchy and hazy and then i tried to buff it out with polishing compound but no luck. Looks like when i get the time im going to sand with 600 grit put on another coat and just polish it with car polish and see how it turns out.
