If anyone has an old 4-Channel amp they are trying to sell let me know. I don't need something too powerful as it is only to power my component speakers and two tweeters. I was doing my car computer install yesterday and wasn't able to tap into the stock Mitsubishi amp. I'll check ebay too and close this out if I find anything. Thanks!

He Rob,

Call Joe, he had a bunch of stuff he was selling when he pulled all of the stereo stuff out of the Saturn. He might have exactly what you need.

Like you said anouther good place to check is ebay. If it helps you, I have 2 small Jenson 2 Channel amps that arent doing anything. Last I used them was to test my system in the Mustang before my big daddy 5 channel amp came in. So they do work. If you wanted to run 2 amps I have them avaible for you.

Thanks, Jeremy, but I think I'll just get one 4 channel. I talked to Joe and it looks like he has what I need.

Yeah man, MP3car.com was my Bible during this install. It's going very well...just need an amp so I can power my speakers and get sound. I'll be posting the first series of pictures shortly, hopefully this weekend!

Rightt I have Road Runner installed on it. I have been experimenting with different skins and custom logos(Mitsubishi). I find it very clean and easy to customize. Here's some pics..

Main Screen with default skin.

Audio Selection

The screens for video and DVD are pretty easy to work as well, just set your default directories and drill down to your movies with the touch screen.

As for the other functions of the car computer I have the TMO datalogging software for my vehicle. It is a great tool for tuning the 3000GTs/Stealths. Below are some pics on that.

I'll need to find an OBD1 to Serial cable or instructions on how to make one.

I just did some googling on the MMCD cables...looks like I'll be hitting up the local Radio Shack for some supplies - thanks! Let me know your e-mail and I'll send you the TMO software.
