I heard that movie got a lot of crap from the Doom community, if you can call them one, because it doesn't follow the same story as what the games do. Instead of the aliens invading us, we inadvertantly "invite" the aliens as we discover them or something.. so its like, the opposite story, in a sort.
But personally, hell if I care. if it's a good movie, I'll see it, and like it.
I just watched the High-Def theatrical trailer.. and to be honest... "meh".. it looks alright, but i'unno. _________________

Most movies that are made out of games usually have the storyline changed a bit to make it more interesting to all public. Still, it is a movie I would definetly watch.

Yeah, based on the latest DOOM game with the awesome creatures, gameplay, and scenarios. I'm sure they can take it to the next level with some special effects. But, hopefully the storyline doesn't get too corny to give it a horrible review.
